Our Chef and Staff

Owner Edoardo Giambanco (Eddie) has continued his father legacy for over 20 years now at the Fellsmere location after taking over in 1994 when founder Giuseppe Giambanco retired.
Eddie’s fun personality only compliments the one of a kind homemade bread, Italian dishes, and pizza! This family run establishment demonstrates Sicilian culture at it‘s best with the support of his wife Francesca, son Giuseppe and great staff!


Edoardo come to USA from Carini, Sicily over 46 years ago and began his culinary journey across New York, Virginia and Florida.

He has owned multiple restaurants throughout his career from fine dining to casual pizza shop style.
